Roman Atmosphere

The apartment is very big, silent (soundproofed), well equipped, tastefully furnished. It has 1 big living room with a kitchen, 1 suite with 1 double and 1 single bed and a private bathroom; 1 suite with 1 double and 2 single beds and a private bathroom (among the photographs there is also the map of the apartment). The apartment is perfect for 2 families of 3 and 4 people. It is clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. The floor is covered with a parquet and the living room is very large. Inside you can find hair dryer, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, washing machine, draying rack, towels, sheets, toilet paper, hangers, iron, closets, books, a crib (upon request), air conditioning, portable fans, heating, wi-fi, a work space, refrigerator, dishes, plates, kettle, coffee machine, wine glasses, dining table. Nearby there are supermarket, laundromats and parking.

WHERE IT IS – Just in front of the apartment there is Fassi, one of the biggest and the oldest ice cream shop in Rome and even in Italy, the apartment is located in Esquilino District, very close to the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, Colosseum, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Basilica of San Giovanni, the Basilica of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme and many other attractions of Rome. In the district there are the biggest multi-ethnic market, the Forno Roscioli (one of the oldest bakery in Rome), the Panella’s bistrot (one of the best place where to drink wine and eat finger food), the restaurant “Vecchia Roma” (one of the best place where to eat Roman Cuisine). You can reach the apartment in ten minutes from the Central Station of Termini. By subway you can reach all of the most important points of the city in 5/10 minutes.
